These Terms of Service govern your use of the ALPAC London online store and purchases made from ALPAC LONDON BRANDS LTD ("ALPAC London", "we", "us" or "our"). Our store is powered by Shopify. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence. Information you provide for an account, order or enquiry must be current and accurate. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
2. Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our fragrances accurately, but appearance may vary by screen. Products, quantities and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product. Product use must follow any instructions and warnings supplied with it.
3. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance after payment has been authorised. We may decline or cancel an order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues or delivery restrictions. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you submit the order. Shipping costs, taxes, duties and other charges are shown at checkout where available or may be imposed by the destination country. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Available destinations, services, prices and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the store or its content unlawfully; interfere with security or operation; introduce malware; attempt unauthorised access; misuse another person's information; or infringe intellectual property or other rights.
8. Intellectual property
The store's trademarks, brand assets, copy, imagery, design and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the store for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other licence is granted without written permission.
9. Third-party services and Shopify
Shopify and other providers help us operate the store, process payments and deliver services. Their own terms may apply. Purchases from this store are made directly with ALPAC London, not Shopify. We are not responsible for independent third-party sites linked from the store.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when a contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
12. Changes, severability and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Terms in force when an order is placed continue to govern that order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
