ALPAC London is committed to making our online store usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and this statement describes our current goal rather than a claim that every page is free of barriers.
What we are working on
- Clear page structure, headings and landmarks.
- Keyboard access and visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for meaningful imagery.
- Readable typography and sufficient colour contrast.
- Accessible names, instructions and error feedback for controls and forms.
- Support for zoom, reduced motion and different screen sizes.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, checkout surfaces or account features are provided by Shopify or other services and may not yet meet every aspect of our target. We also continue to review complex interactive components, media and older content.
Feedback and help
If you cannot access information or complete a task, email contact@alpac.london. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. We will provide the information in another reasonable format and investigate the barrier.
Review
We review this statement as the store changes and update it when material accessibility work is completed.
